Responsibilities
- Perform month-to-month and year-to-year expense analysis.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
- Reconcile gross profit between financial and billing systems.
- Compile and distribute monthly financial statements and reports.
- Analyze budget vs. actual expenses.
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts and identify errors.
- Maintain aging reports for business-critical suppliers.
- Prepare and file monthly tax reports.
- Participate in annual budget forecasting.
- Process petty cash, spoils reconciliation, incentives, commissions, and payroll.
- Assist with quarterly and year-end corporate reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3 years of General Ledger reconciliation experience.
- Knowledge of GAAP, accruals, and payroll.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- SAP experience.
- Data entry and 10-key skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
