Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for club members, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and activities, including planning, setup, and execution.
- Manage club communications, including newsletters, event promotions, and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and event participation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold club standards.
- Handle scheduling, bookings, and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Assist in curating and enhancing the club's offerings to meet the needs of members.
