Our client in Peachtree City is looking for candidates with exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in both PC and Mac operating systems, and advanced computer skills to manage sales processes, and optimize internal and customer interactions. The candidate will act as a liaison between sales representatives, clients, and international vendors. Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation of pricing, sales contracts, and client communications.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client and prospect data.
• Operate effectively on both PC and Mac platforms.
• Use advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and macOS equivalents (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
• Utilize cloud-based collaboration platforms like Teams, SharePoint, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
• Organize and manage projects involving multiple departments to meet sales
  objectives.
• Proficiency in graphic design or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative
  Suite) is a plus.
