Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, job duties include:
- Answer and resolve employee calls regarding Workday, Payroll, and other general HR-related questions or issues.
- Reset various HR system passwords to ensure employee access.
- Provide assistance with Payroll tax and W-2 inquiries.
- Support store leaders and employees with HR system processes, such as performance appraisals, time entry, direct deposits, new hires, separations, and more.
- Provide guidance to employees, Store Leaders, and Area Leaders on onboarding processes.
- Assist store management with time system questions and training needs.
- 1+ yrs of Customer Service experience in a call center setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential.
- Experience in Personnel Administration, Payroll, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist and serve others.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
