Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between union members and management, addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and disputes while ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws, union contracts, and company policies, including safety regulations and workplace standards.
- Facilitate the hiring process for unionized employees, coordinate onboarding programs, and ensure proper integration into union protocols and organizational procedures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other union-negotiated perks, ensuring accurate enrollment and issue resolution.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for union members, focusing on skills enhancement, workplace safety, and professional growth to meet both employee and organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of union agreements, personnel files, and labor-related data while generating reports to support compliance and decision-making processes.
