We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

• Ability to strategically create effective readiness implementation plans to execute within multiple business groups to deliver change.
• Collaborate and consult when developing and executing upon plans which consist of training, system access, communication, and procedures, ensuring alignment with the project teams.
• Perform assessments to ensure impacted areas are prepared for the change.
• Work independently to make recommendations by providing support and driving execution with clear, concise planning.
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and lead discussions that results in consensus and commitment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
