Responsibilities

• Assist in the budget process
• Manage a portfolio of commerical properties while managing a team of 2 Property Accountants
• Review financial statements
• Review Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
• Assist with audit and SOX program
• Purchase price allocations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
6+ years of commerical Property Accounting experience
Experience managing a team
Experince in Yardi
