Responsibilities
● Respond to catering pilot email questions ● Perform weekly checks and send emails related to large order merchant quality program (scoreboards, warnings, etc) 2. Menu Audits / Improvements Objective: To audit and update the menus of all Merchants participating in the Large Order Program, ensuring they meet minimum quality standards for customer convenience. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct comprehensive audits of Merchant menus to identify missing or incomplete information. ● Update menus to include critical details such as: ○ Serving sizes. ○ Allergen information. ○ Detailed item descriptions. ● Collaborate with Merchants to confirm and validate menu updates.
