Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and schedule service calls for technicians
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and skill set
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide status updates
• Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities
• Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Handle emergency situations and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent requests
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to track and manage work orders
