We are looking for an experienced trainer with proven success with training programs for new hires!  As a Site Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and developing with our team members at various sites to ensure a high level of performance and competency. You will facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations. Design and deliver training programs, provide ongoing coaching and support, and lead initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Work schedule: Must be flexible to support a 7 day/24-hour operation. Will primarily work 1 st shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, but needs to be able to flex to meet peak business needs and weekend training. This position will be located at the Lewisville location (2501 S State Highway 121 Bus, Lewisville, TX, 75067 A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.  This includes, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

•    Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations.
•    Provide evaluation and feedback to develop new hires and existing employees on job performance and skill acquisition.
•    Independently manage ongoing training programs; assess and recommend changes to training programs and provide input into the development of new training programs.
•    Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants.
•    Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback tools.
•    Leverage subject matter experts to create accurate, realistic, and engaging training material.
•    Cultivate and maintain relationships with management to ensure that the training curriculum addresses gaps and needs.
•    Support the operation sites during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes.
