Responsibilities
- Organize and manage tax-related documents, including filing and scanning.
- Assist with gathering and verifying client data and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain tax filing schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and tax preparers to facilitate efficient communication.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records in tax preparation software and databases.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
