Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting processes, including job postings, resume reviews, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with basic HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize company events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
