Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing and inspections of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Accurately document test results, observations, and deviations in compliance with company protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues in collaboration with production and R&D teams.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in audits and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance and control.
- At least 1 year of lab technician experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cosmetics environment.
- Good understanding of quality control principles and laboratory testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and tools.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance standards (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
