- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data input systems. Familiarity with GE Edwards is a plus but not required.
- Other Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Inventory Accounting.The role involves daily management of inventory-related accounting processes, including account reconciliations, data entry, journal entries, and inventory keying. This temporary position will last approximately 3-5 months, starting mid-February..
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Key inventory and manage related data entry.
- Prepare and post journal entries for inventory transactions.
- Input and maintain data in the accounting systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end close processes and related tasks.
- Maintain compliance with company accounting standards and policies.
- Support additional inventory accounting tasks as needed.
