We are seeking a dedicated Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced healthcare team. salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Answering Phones: Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
  
  • Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome patients, verify information, update records, and ensure a smooth transition during check-in and check-out processes.
  
  • Chart Management: Prepare patient charts prior to appointments, including pulling, filing, and organizing paper charts as needed.
  
  • Referrals: Assist in coordinating referrals, ensuring all necessary information and authorizations are obtained.
  
  • Balance Collection: Collect and process patient balances accurately at check-out.
  
  • High-Volume Patient Support: Maintain efficiency and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment with a large number of patients.
  
  • Paper Charts: Manage physical chart organization, ensuring compliance with office procedures.
