Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1-2 Workday HelpDesk tickets related to Benefits, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support the People team with Tier 1 HelpDesk inquiries and Workday tasks including onboarding, job changes, and terminations.
- Assist the Benefit Manager as a subject matter expert to support employees.
- Administer LOAs, respond to employee inquiries, monitor leave balances, coordinate return to work and manage the proess with third-party administrators or other duties as needed.
- Maintain employee data in Workday and analyze reporting.
- Idenitfy and correct risks to maintain compliance.
- Support Open Enrollment project timelines.
- Update/proofread wellness programs, employee initiaties and other corporate communication materials.
