The Customer Service Coordinator takes calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a customer service position. First point of contact for internal customers. Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, and other departments within division. Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system.  Training is 100% onsite then Hybrid.   Qualifications:

• Call center experience
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Good time management skills
• Calendaring skills
• Quick learner
• High energy
• Experience with room scheduling software
• Good working knowledgeable of Microsoft Office

salary: $18 - $19.15 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Takes calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment.
• First point of contact for internal customers.
• Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, and other departments within division.
• Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system.
• Enters work orders into software utilized by division partners.
• Meets with department groups for customer events.
• Excellent customer service skills that include listening
• Excellent phone skills that includes good enunciation
