About the Role: As an HR Business Partner for our corporate functions, you will be the go-to partner for driving HR excellence, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering HR strategies that fuel business growth. You'll play a key role in talent management, performance strategies, and employee development. Plus, you’ll get to work on exciting projects and initiatives across the company! This hybrid role offers a great balance of in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and remote flexibility, with occasional travel to the other local offices as business needs arise.
salary: $29.8 - $34.8 per hour

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to support various corporate client groups and improve HR practices.
- Help drive business strategy through workforce planning, employee performance, and talent management.
- Lead exciting HR projects that require cross-functional teamwork and strategic influence.
- Deliver data-driven insights that inform key business decisions.
- Build meaningful relationships with employees and leaders, providing coaching and counseling when needed.
- Champion our culture, Inclusion & Diversity efforts, and support employee well-being initiatives.
- Roll out and support continuous improvement and change management strategies.
- Administer talent management and performance programs to help our associates grow and thrive.
