We’re looking for a Retirement Benefits Administrator to join our clients organization and make an impact by managing and administering retirement programs for our associates across multiple locations. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a knack for solving problems and an understanding of retirement benefits, we’d love to hear from you!

salary: $35 - $39 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

 In depth understanding of employee retirement plans and applicable laws, filing and
compliance requirements
 Analytical skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency and ability to
multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional
teamwork environment
 Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
 Excellent problem-solving skills
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand how sensitive information and data should
be handled
 Must have advanced proficiency in Excel skills (create spreadsheets, labels, formulas and
pivot tables).
