The Client Support Representative will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including invoicing customers, entering orders, and processing shipment paperwork.  This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks would be a great asset to this office.  Hours: 7:30AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday Apply today! Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Input and process orders in the company database accurately.
• Maintain precise records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
• Track and oversee shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system.
• Order and manage office supplies to ensure inventory is well-stocked.
• Update and maintain accurate contact lists.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed
