We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our architectural industry client's firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, support business development efforts, and promote our projects. This role involves supporting the firm's day-to-day marketing activities while providing administrative assistance.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Some experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Experience with Xara is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of architectural terminology and project life cycles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support firm-wide goals
• Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Work closely with architects and project managers to highlight key project details and achievements
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, press releases, and project descriptions
• Maintain and update the firm’s website and social media platforms with fresh, engaging content
• Assist with planning and executing client appreciation events and community engagement initiatives
