Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance review processes, goal-setting, and feedback.
- Training & Development: Identify and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and company policies, and regularly update company policies as needed.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and support the development of competitive compensation structures.
- Employee Engagement: Develop programs to boost morale, job satisfaction, and employee retention.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Manage HR systems, generate reports, and analyze workforce data to drive strategic decisions.
