As the Commercial Property Manager, you’ll serve as the go-to point of contact for the properties in your portfolio, delivering exceptional service to tenants, managing financial performance, and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve all daily property management issues while ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition and compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and property owners through consistent communication.
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, emergency action plans, and directives from governmental agencies.
• Enforce adherence to clients' and property owners’ policies and procedures.
• Implement and uphold industry best practices across all property management operations.
• Oversee and optimize the financial performance of the property portfolio.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets to align with business objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor bids for required services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Plan and manage the timely execution of capital projects within forecasted timelines.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to review and manage real estate tax processes for the portfolio.
• Perform all other duties related to the efficient day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio.
