Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Lead Product Owner - Workday Payroll, to supplement the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for the US Payroll product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

This individual must be an excellent collaborator with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive as a hands-on independent contributor, yet the ability to leverage leadership acumen to build credibility and direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Payroll/Time and Absence technologies, preferably with Workday
• Workday Configuration experience (both implementing and configuring Workday)
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow functions.
• Experience with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with with multiple integrations.
• Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on-time.
• Experience as a part of an agile product teams using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
• Self-driven and able to take work from story creation to deliver
