Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and support.
• Process orders, price quotes, returns, and account updates while maintaining accurate records.
• Troubleshoot basic product and service issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call-handling guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 0-1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • strong phone communication and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer service tools.
