- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred).
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills, excellent decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
- Possesses a bias for action and sense of urgency, while able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Facilitating communication between employees and management and resolving employee relations matters as it pertains to safety case investigations up to and including corrective action.
- Implementing, administering and advising on company Safety policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and advice to management on progressive discipline as it relates to safety matters.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues pertaining to safety employee concerns or conflict in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate accounts of investigation with timely memorialization of the notes and supporting documents into the ER case management system.
- Identifying trends and patterns as it relates to safety cases in employee relations and proposing solutions to improve the work environment
- Training and mentoring HR team members on employee relations processes and best practices specifically as it relates to safety matters.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with I9 Process
- Performs other related duties as assigned
