What You’ll Do:
- Manage and archive critical documents, including submissions, batch records, and logbooks.
- Ensure proper chain of custody and secure storage for all documentation.
- Execute archival and retrieval processes, maintaining accuracy and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Issue, reconcile, and organize controlled documents, both on-site and off-site.
- Support audits and inspections with precise and efficient documentation handling.
- Perform tasks on-site (12pm-8pm Monday-Friday), with occasional box lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a regulated environment, with knowledge of GxP (GMP, GLP, GCP, or GVP).
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) highly preferred.
- solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities
The Role
In this role, you will perform routine document management tasks under established procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements. The position will focus on maintaining accuracy and organization of paper-based and electronic documentation.
This position is site-based, requiring you to be on site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Here’s What You’ll Do

- Maintain the organization of on-site and off-site archival storage.
- Ensure proper chain of custody and secure storage for all documentation.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices to support team compliance with GxP regulations.
- Assist with basic documentation requests during audits and inspections.
- Perform all tasks in adherence to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Schedule of work 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday and may need to lift / move boxes no more than 50lbs.
