Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be assisting customers/clients with their accounts.  Main dutieis will include:

• Processing payments
• Updating customer files / database
• Translating English / Spanish
• Anwering phone
• Data entry
• Basic office duties - scan, copy, file, shred, etc.

Requirements:  Must be fluent English / Spanish.  Must have previous office / customer service experience and be comfortable using MS Office (Excel).

Shift:  Mondays to Fridays / 8:15am to 5:15pm (no nights or weekends)
