We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at a heavy-duty truck parts store. The ideal candidate will have experience in truck parts sales, customer service, or a related field, with impressive communication skills and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, managing inventory inquiries, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

salary: $20 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with parts selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on heavy-duty truck parts and accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including fleet managers, repair shops, and independent truck owners.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Product Knowledge & Inventory Management
  
  
  • Stay updated on product lines, new arrivals, and industry trends.
  • Research and cross-reference parts to find the best solutions for customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels and availability.
  • Assist in managing returns, warranties, and special orders.
• Sales Growth & Business Development
  
  
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing proactive follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes and assisting with customer inquiries.
