Responsibilities
Your Impact
- Execute routine document archival and retrieval processes with precision.
- Issue and reconcile controlled documents such as batch records and logbooks.
- Maintain on-site and off-site archival storage, ensuring secure document handling.
- Uphold Good Documentation Practices to support compliance with GxP regulations.
- Assist in documentation requests for audits and inspections.
- Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines to maintain operational excellence.
- Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with GxP regulations (GMP, GLP, GCP, GVP, etc.).
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) highly preferred.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in routine tasks.
