Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee all hiring activities, including in-house recruitment, external hiring, testing, selection techniques, and background checks.
- Employee Relations: Advise company managers on employee performance, behavior, and other HR-related issues to minimize company risk.
- HR Administration: Manage personnel actions, performance evaluations, substance abuse policy enforcement, exit interviews, and HR reporting.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies, particularly those related to hiring and employee relations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure company practices follow all employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Communication: Develop and distribute HR materials, including handbooks, newsletters, and company announcements.
- Employee Engagement: Oversee recognition programs, company activities, and service awards.
- Other Duties: Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed.
