Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on various HR issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Manage the performance review process, including setting timelines, training managers, and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to address performance issues and develop employee growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Assist with the development and management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and enrollment.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate appropriate programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, employee engagement) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Improve retention strategies and reduce turnover.
