Are you an experienced manager knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle operations and daily correspondence functions? We are looking for a leader to manage a team of approximately 9-11 representatives responsible for processing correspondence within the Revenue Cycle department. The manager will oversee a team that prepares, processes, routes, and distributes inbound and outbound correspondence from departmental, interdepartmental, and lockbox sources. This role requires adherence to HIPAA guidelines, handling confidential documentation, and overseeing team workflows. Proficiency in processing and sorting documents is essential, and familiarity with EPIC is a plus.  This position will sit on site in Marietta Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm. 

salary: $60 - $62 per hour

Responsibilities

• Leds correspondence team that scans and indexes correspondence documents into the imaging system
• Responsible for helping the team with prepping, processing, routing, and distribution of inbound/outbound correspondence received via departmental/interdepartmental, lockbox for revenue cycle operations 
• Document patient account notes of correspondence received
• Prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of daily processes and reports
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ensuring that departmental processes align with standards and policies 
• Conducting regular audits of procedures and ensuring compliance
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures regularly
• Supervision of subordinate staff
