Responsibilities
Generate precise and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and additional reports as required by the Controller or CFO.
Keep the general ledger current through the posting of journal entries, account reconciliations, and safeguarding data accuracy.
Oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, including vendor relations and timely handling of queries.
Examine financial data to detect trends, discrepancies, and potential challenges, and deliver actionable insights to management.
Support both internal and external audits by supplying necessary documents and clarifications related to financial transactions.
Maintain compliance with all pertinent accounting standards and regulations.
Support the creation and management of budgets and financial projections.
