Responsibilities

As a Supplier Performance Manager, Job duties include:

• Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes to enhance overall performance.
• Apply a deep understanding of your assigned category to drive effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Utilize advanced negotiation skills to maintain favorable terms with suppliers and ensure value-driven agreements.
• Collaborate internally to develop key performance metrics for regional suppliers, and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in supplier benchmarking analysis to improve cost, supply chain, and quality outcomes in procurement activities.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a global organization.
• Proven track record in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders to drive results.
