Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Provide high-quality customer service and foster meaningful relationships with staff, candidates, and vendors.
- Offers and Employment Agreements: Manage the process and documentation for hiring finalists globally, collaborating with colleagues and utilizing systems to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of offer letters and other hiring agreements.
- New Hire Due Diligence: Oversee the vetting process for incoming hires, ensuring completion of all pre-hire activities. Manage the timely collection and routing of necessary new hire data (e.g., offer letters, background checks, conflict of interest forms) and update the new hire tracking log.
- Employee Referrals: Ensure eligible staff receive referral payouts according to internal policy.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements (streamlining, automation, simplification), evaluate alternative solutions, and present recommendations to team leadership for implementation.
- Team Meetings: Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings with structured agendas to guide productive discussions.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with various stages of the recruitment lifecycle across all vacancies, including scheduling interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
