Position: Member Accounting Specialist Location: Murfreesboro, TN Job Type: Part-Time
What You’ll Do: ✔️ Process member payments and maintain accurate billing records ✔️ Assist members with account inquiries and payment arrangements ✔️ Reconcile accounts and ensure billing accuracy ✔️ Support financial reporting and audits ✔️ Collaborate with the team to enhance member satisfaction What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in accounting, billing, or a related field (utility or electric industry a plus!) ✅ strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
salary: $20.33 - $20.34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Accounts receivable experience
Ability to communicate effectively, including verbal and written directives, and follow instructions as
required with adequate comprehension skills
Must possess excellent organization skills, being detail-oriented, with an ability to complete assigned
tasks promptly
Must understand the fundamentals of using Microsoft Office products
Ability to work flexible hours and days within a Monday-Friday schedule (between 7:00 AM- 5 PM) as
needed
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to varying workloads
