Responsibilities
- Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, providing insights on talent decisions based on organizational and market knowledge.
- Manage the plan, assess, and supply aspects of the recruitment process.
- Maintain and develop a candidate pipeline to meet turnover needs and prepare for future hiring demands.
- Provide the business with a shortlist of screened candidates, leveraging enterprise hiring systems and assessments.
- Ensure an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle, aligning with the company’s customer experience model.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of HR policies, procedures, and programs related to recruitment.
- Build and manage effective relationships with HR partners, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), business units, and other Talent Acquisition teams.
- Provide market-level insights to align with and support Talent Acquisition (TA) programs.
- Report on recruitment activities and outcomes in alignment with the company's recruitment strategy.
- Coordinate advertising and branding initiatives to attract talent via social media, internet/intranet, and other recruiting tools.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events in collaboration with HR and business teams.
- Represent the company at various recruitment functions as needed.
- Primarily interact with non-executive managers, with occasional engagement with executive leadership when necessary.
