Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with operations teams to ensure on-time collection and delivery of shipments.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including dangerous goods paperwork for road, rail, and sea transport.
• Operate forklifts, including turret wire-guided lifts, as part of daily tasks.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and analyze future demand, inventory levels, and market performance to optimize supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including forwarders, brokers, production planners, and quality assurance.
• Conduct inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics and distribution performance.
• Adhere to company policies and safeguard confidential information.
