Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across multiple client projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, partners, and staff, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop detailed service plans for engagements, establishing clear timelines and responsibilities to drive successful project outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth technical tax research and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations while offering strategic tax solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who proactively addresses their tax needs.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate and represent clients during tax examinations, managing communications and strategies with regulatory authorities.
- Enhance team expertise by participating in and leading training programs to foster continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new service opportunities and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
