Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Billing: Prepare and submit accurate monthly owner billings, ensuring compliance with contract terms and schedules.
- AIA Documentation: Utilize AIA G702/G703 forms for customer billing, ensuring all documentation is precise and submitted timely.
- Lien Releases: Manage lien waiver processes, ensuring all necessary releases are obtained and documented appropriately.
- Work-In-Progress (WIP) Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed WIP reports to monitor project financial status and progress.
- Insurance Compliance: Ensure all vendors and clients meet insurance requirements, maintaining up-to-date records of certificates and related documents.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, preparing aging reports to track outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
- Subcontractor Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with subcontractors regarding payments, insurance, and lien waivers, addressing any issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Upload and manage project budgets within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
