Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This position involves providing excellent customer support to dealers, sales representatives, and contract holders.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Assist with general inquiries, contract administration, and dealer portal support.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests while accurately interpreting contracts.
- Process forms and supply orders in a timely manner.
- Understand company policies, products, and services to provide effective assistance.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
