- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a private equity-backed organization.
- Deep expertise in M&A, integration, and change management from an HR perspective.
- strong background in succession planning, employee retention, and organizational development.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll, HR laws, and compliance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence PE partners and senior executives.
- Highly polished, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) & Integration: Lead HR initiatives during company acquisitions, ensuring seamless workforce integration and cultural alignment.
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Succession Planning: Design and implement robust succession plans to ensure long-term leadership stability.
- Employee Retention & Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, reduce turnover, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- HR Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure adherence to multi-state HR laws, payroll regulations, and employment policies while mitigating risks.
- PE Partner Collaboration: Serve as the primary HR liaison for PE partners, delivering strategic HR updates and demonstrating the business impact of a strong HR function.
- Hands-On Leadership: Roll up your sleeves and engage directly with employees and leadership to drive HR excellence at every level.
