Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide personalized consultation to understand client needs and risks.
- Sales & Coverage Solutions:
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored policies, including life, property, casualty, or specialty coverage.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and follow-up.
- Policy Administration:
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, adjustments, and claims processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance & Continuing Education:
- Stay up-to-date with state and federal insurance laws, market trends, and product changes.
- Complete mandatory continuing education to maintain licensure (2-20 and/or 4-40).
- Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies for market penetration and client retention.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.
