A nationally recognized logisitcs company is looking to hire a reliable supervisor to add to their Operations/ Warehouse team! We are located in Avon, NY, only about 25 minutes from Rochester.  You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for supervising the shipping, receiving, and warehousing of Customer Product.  Sounds good? Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse department personnel are on time and available for work at
• the beginning of each work shift.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure customer requirements are met in an
• efficient manner.
• Advise the Operations Manager of labor needs and warehouse efficiencies.
• Support Director of Operations Manager to meet location goals.
• Enforce space utilization plan as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Ensure all warehouse department personnel are aware of and comply with company
• and OSHA safety practices.
• Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling,
• and discipline.
• Ensure the efficient operation and utilization of all warehouse equipment.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the operated space within the facility.
