You will act as a mentor for new hires, ensuring they understand production goals, safety standards, and the expectations of the workplace. Additionally, you'll conduct pre-shift meetings to update the team on any changes in client expectations or work environment. You will also provide valuable feedback to site management regarding skill sets needed and any challenges employees face in their day-to-day tasks.
While not directly responsible for production methods or personnel decisions, your role is critical in promoting a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. Your contributions will help ensure that employees work in alignment with safety guidelines and performance goals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Acts as on-site support for client supervisors to help improve performance through coaching and reinforcing desirable behaviors.
- Conducts pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or client expectations.
- Ensures new hires are coached on production goals and sets expectations on these metrics.
- Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees.
- Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors.
- Observes all new employees in the work area to ensure they are working safely.
- Ensures the safety of all employees by promoting safe operations.
- Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.
