Responsibilities
- Generate cold-calling leads, leveraging our proprietary database, LinkedIn, social media, and other strategic tools.
- Assist with the creation of sales material to present to customers.
- Screen candidates and provide feedback to the hiring team.
- Provide recruitment status updates to the Hiring Manager.
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales-related topics
- Oversee onboarding and wage negotiations.
- Continually market new roles to top tech professionals by understanding needs, wants, and goals
