Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently perform all Accounts Payable functions.
- Review invoices for proper 3-way matching with purchase orders.
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all required documentation is properly attached to invoices both physically and electronically.
- Assist in preparing and processing customer invoices.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors to support AP functions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process weekly check batches and/or online vendor payments.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and address discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Payable aging reports to ensure timely payments.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
