The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the organization by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient operations. This role plays a critical part in achieving strategic objectives and delivering measurable business results.

• Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid ability to interpret data.
• Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
• Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
• A bachelors degree in Engineering Business Admin, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field or relavant experience required.
