Randstad is working with a company in the AEC space to fill a role supporting their marketing and operations departments. This person would play an integral role in the facilitation of proposals and contracts, supporting project managers and the marketing team in client relations and support. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, have excellent communication skills, and have strong command of the MS Office and MS Excel programs with aptitude to learn new technology. Qualifications: -HIGH attention to detail, great communication skills -Proven ability to meet deadlines -Experience in AEC helpful -Experience drafting and managing proposals -Expert in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

-Document management throughout proposal process

-Support and partner with marketing and project managers to support the proposal process

-Manage and edit proposals, using MS Office – Word and Excel primarily – to ensure correctness, completeness, and error-free output

-Assist in project management of proposal, ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and deliverables including but not limited to project managers, engineers, internal marketing

-Support marketing team in management of communications

-General office management and administrative support if needed
